(Per employee handbook).Report all Safety, Health & Environmental concerns to your supervisor in a timely manner.Attend all EH&S training.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS in the Equiax / DS FoundryRemoves molds from the output dry tunnels, removes hardware from molds and records mold weightsLoads and unloads autoclave & continuous Dewax oven.In the Equiax Foundry perform the Core Reclaim operation when needed.Perform mold wash / inspection/ mold wrap and boroscope operation.Operates attendant equipment.Transports materials and molds as required.Maintains a clean and safe working area.Cleans and prepares hardware for wax assembly.Will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.Maintains accurate and up-to-date records or molds processedPHYSICAL DEMANDS/EQUIPMENT USEDRequires occasional lifting of up to 25 poundsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
