About the Role A highly-regarded patisserie and restaurant in Paarl seeks a talented and artistic Pastry Chef to lead its dessert creation and production. Manage pastry kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and maintaining equipment. Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of all pastry items. Requirements Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Cook in a reputable establishment. Mastery of classic and contemporary pastry techniques and decorating skills.
