Front Desk Clerk

We are seeking a Front Desk Clerk to join our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative duties promptly
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
• Escort patients to exam rooms

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
• Familiarity with medical billing procedures
• Strong organizational skill
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual required (English/Spanish or English/Haitian-Creole)

This is a full-time position, minimum 40 hr./week required. Can you work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.? Saturday clinic scheduled on a rotating basis (Saturdays will be scheduled in advance)

Miami Beach Community Health Center has 3 locations. You will be assigned a primary work location but will be asked to provide coverage at any of the three sites as needed. Please note the location addresses below.
